1. ABOUT US Soul's Proclivity LLC is a New York limited liability company offering oracle decks, spiritual tools, and related products including the Velvet Descent Oracle. We are headquartered in New York, USA.

2. ELIGIBILITY Our website and products are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

PRODUCTS & ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER Soul's Proclivity products, including oracle decks and any associated readings or guidance, are intended for entertainment, inspirational, and personal reflection purposes only. Our products are NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. We make no claims that our products can predict the future, diagnose illness, or provide professional guidance of any kind. 4. ORDERS & PAYMENT All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

5. SHIPPING POLICY We ship to the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to countries subject to US government sanctions or export restrictions, including but not limited to Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, and other OFAC-designated countries. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Soul's Proclivity LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6. REFUND & RETURN POLICY Physical Products (Oracle Decks and Merchandise): We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that: - The item is returned in its original, undamaged condition - The item is in its original packaging - You contact us at support@soulsproclivity.com before returning any item Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Digital Products & Services: All digital products, downloads, and healing services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This includes but is not limited to digital downloads, oracle readings, and spiritual consultation services. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soulsproclivity.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on www.soulsproclivity.com, including but not limited to oracle card artwork, text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Soul's Proclivity LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.
